The Mad Professor Deep Blue Delay is a digital delay pedal with an analog direct signal path. It has a natural, convincing sound and roughly the same band width as a traditional tape echo.

A lot of guitar players like to combine distortion and delay effects, but not all delay pedals can handle the distortion well. The Mad Professor Deep Blue Delay can. You can place it in front of your distortion pedal or behind it, or you can place it in the effects loop of your amplifier.

The pedal has controls for Level, Repeat and Delay. The Delay control has a broad range from 25 to 450 milliseconds. With the Repeat knob, you can choose any number of repeats from one repeat to infinite feedback.

The Mad Professor Deep Blue Delay is a true bypass pedal and it is powered with either a 9-volt battery or a 9-volt power supply. The effect has a signal to noise ratio of 80 dB.
